All buddhists are to follow the 4 Noble Truths They are:
Life is filled with with suffering
The cause of suffering is Desire
To cease suffering, one must cease desire
The path to the end of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path

The Noble Eightfold Path is the path to end of suffering (Nirvana) for Buddhists. It is the fourth of the 4 Noble Truths. Buddhists are required to folow these standards, which are:
1. Right Understanding -Understanding of causes of suffering
2. Right Thought -Replacing wrong thoughts like hatred and desire with right thoughs, love, and renunciation
3. Right speech -All lying, slander, and gossip must be eliminated
4. Right conduct -No cheating, stealing, or murdering
5. Right Livelihood -Not to earn a living through harming any other being
6. Right effort
-Must be diligent in getting rid of bad thoughts
7. Right Mindfullness -Be aware of everything
8. Right Concentration -A person concentrates on one object, in order to give full cencentration and dispel distractions.

2. 6.00 to 7.00 Morning Prayer (Tara Puja in the Prayer Hall with breakfast)
3. 7.30 to 9.00 Recitation and memorizing of the prayer/ritual texts
4. 9.00 to 10.00 Tibetan Language Class
5. 10.00 to 11.00 English Language Class
6. 11.30 to 13.00 Lunch Break
7. 13.00 to 14.00 Tibetan Language Class
8. 14.00 to 15.00 Revision of the day's lesson
9. 15.00 Tea Break
10. 15.00 to 17.00 Revision of recitation and memorization of the prayer/ritual texts
11. Break
12. 19.00 to 21.00 Prayer and Recitations
13. 21.00 to 21.30 Self study
14. 21.30 Bed and light off
