Andrew Myers observes another captivating sunset in Malibu, California, where the mountains meet the coast. We used to run here quite frequently, which is right down the street from Pepperdine University. On a spring friday, I remember spontaneously taking my camera along and how when we got there, the sky was dark, gray, and muggy. "Just wait," said Andrew with a confidence that I will always remember. This photo is a product of that ugly, dull sky turning into a miraculous painting. An ordinary day turned into a day that will never be forgotten in the back of my mind. It will forever remind me of the good old days at Pepperdine and all that I gained through my experiences there. This defines a lot of who I am.
