i dug my thicker than water cd out tonight, and am listening to one of the first punk albums i ever bought.  man, this was from a while ago.  good stuff, still.

i have no idea if my english paper is correctly formatted.  nor do i care.  it's done, and that's enough for me.  it feels good to get it done early.  i'm usually not the sort to finish things up ahead of time.  so yay for me.

took it to work, just wanted kim to proofread it quick, and the entire place ended up reading it.  most seemed to like it.  i had a talk with tom about it, he didn't agree with what it said (i don't know if i myself do), but i explained to him that you just tell the teacher what he wants to hear, and it'll go better.  this is what our school's honors program has taught me.

michelle and amber both seemed to think it was ok.  kim was all like "oh, i'm so jealous!  you did this in four hours!"  apparently, it took her four hours to write her, an hour to make changes michelle suggested, an hour to make changes that joanna suggested, and then three hours again last night.

that's 9 hours.  compared to my approximate 4.25.
