happy new year's.  hope yours was as good as mine.

i spent mine with abbi, in her room, just lying around talking, laughing, feeling warm/happy/content/loved, all at the same time.

magical, as usual.

it's been a busy past couple of days, which explains the lack of updated before now.  however, i'm wide awake now and home alone, gone from her place, so might as well add some new stuff.

i'll be putting up a new "top 5 of the week" soon enough.  i should've archived the ones i've done up until now on my AIM info and posted the list here.

hindsight sucks at times.

at any rate, i've still gotta read the first couple chapters of frankenstein.  more and more, i figure i'll simply do what i've done for beowulf and the canterbury tales and hamlet and just half-ass it and download notes and character sketches.

it's the american way.

or something.

anyway, i'm tired.  i'll take the opprutunity to wish each and every one of you a happy new year.  i'll be seeing all of you on aim and/or school.
