| This cutting board is made of 1" maple with 1" cherry dovetail splines. There are 1"legs that are dovetailed in. I just apply cooking oil to add a luster finish. The purpose of the spines is to prevent the joints from pulling apart. |
| The birdfeeder is made from ordinary 1/2 in plywood. The base I made from one inch cedar. The sides and upper roof are cedar shakes. The lower roof is cover in copper. It rides on a 3/4" pipe that allows for the base to slide down for loading. |
| Map of the United States for the State quarters. Each state has a slot for a quarter from the two mints that make them (Philadelphia & Denver). The components consist of two sheets of quarter inch oak plywood for the back, 1/4" Maple for the states and border, encased with a removable 1/4" plexiglass sheet and an oak frame. |
