| OUR HOME | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| The house was built in 1927 with Craftsman style. Clean lines and built-in features give the house its own charm. It was completely rehabbed from the inside out in 2004 by a local residental restorer. There is still much work to complete on the outside (especially the backyard) but we are looking forward to the challenge. We are located between the Golfair and Norwood exits on I-95 and are minutes from Downtown and Shands & UF Hospital on 8th street, making it very convenient for my pharmacy study as well as relaxing at the Jacksonville Landing. |

| We love our backyard and so do Jones and Davey! Two pecan trees on our property are producing like crazy- guess what we are giving for Christmas presents this year, LoL |

| Hardest part so far was the installation of the chain-link fence- we had to go through a JUNGLE to install it (okay, Andre did most of the work, but in the process of delivering Lemonade to him, I got eaten alive by bugs!) | ||||||||||||||||||||||
