08/99 Lenny Schwartz has been named an honorary Bone Babe in recognition of his efforts in the Liberty Showcase Theater production of "Gypsy".

On 10/02/98, the band said farewell to member Bob Reynolds, who passed away on 09/30/98. The band played music selected by Bob at the graveside services.

07/12/98 Alice Schlothauer did a *fantastic* job as our Emcee at New Windsor tonight. It was just what we needed! Thanks, Alice.
Alice has been a great band supporter for the past few years. She says she took up the emcee position because she feels that her background in the dramatic arts could assist the band by enhancing our performances. We know she got the job because nobody else wanted it.

06/21/98 Congratulations to Keith and Tammy on their marriage. Keith has played bass trombone with us for several years. Tammy not only attends our concerts, but even attends many of our rehearsals. Keith & Tammy are so loyal to the RJE that they even asked the RJE to play at their wedding reception!
