What is a Family Swap Day ?

The Reis family swap day in Albury on 26 October 2002 is where 140 family members gathered to exchange family history, stories and information and share interesting family memorabilia.

Family memorabilia ranged from old letters, photographs, personal histories, newspaper clippings, through to artefacts, domestic items and the odd antique.

This old camera is an example of a family artefact. It belonged to Charles Reis (1880-1929) with which he photographed Albury family life during the 1920s.
