Sincerely, Dawn Arsenault Consumer Affairs Reference: 3988615 CUSTOMER COMMENTS: Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked at in my life!! I worked at the store in lewisburg, wv. Ray Propps was the worst supervisor ever to be hired there. He would yell at me for things I never did (innocent), yell because I wasn't getting carts fast enough (we were only allowed to push 6 @ 1 time!) ESPECIALLY when nobody else would get them and there were thousands of them out in the parking lot. It would be me and only me. Everybody else got help with the carts, but I didn't. When Donald Moran (aka-Duck) was working he would ignore me when I needed to get something in the office *especially when the things I was asking for inside the office were for the customers* I do not smoke and I don't know the difference between a soft pack and a box. I was confirming the question soft pack and box when pam yelled at me to ask the customer. I was but i wanted to make sure I got it right. Apparently I can't talk to my customers. Me and another bagger were talking to the customer about how delicious their cake looked. Ms. Parker yelled directly at me and told me to stop talking and at the time I was the only one making the comment about the cake. The other bagger wasn't saying anything. Needless to say I have quit. I am never ever coming back to work or to shop and I am making sure to tell everybody about the horrible work place I had so they don't have to go through the torture I recieved while working there. Another thing, I'm upset that my former co-workers (especially supervisors) did not care if I died, rotted, and gone to hell because I would not show for work. These last few days they never called me to see if I was okay. I don't want them to, but it just shows how much they really care about their workers. If you have a problem with another co-worker you can't talk about it to management. That should be a top priority especially if they aren't getting along with others. |

| I was ripped off NOT given a so-called-discount when I used my KROGER SHOPPING CARD on my items upon my checkout. I have to constantly double check my receipt before I leave out of there. I was once again ripped off and I brought it to the attention to their staff. I was given a hateful, rude response from the KROGER clerk, then given the third degree (I expected at any moment taken into the back room by the KROGER staff ).
The items were advertised in their circular paper on sale and the dates of the sale. I brought the items within the dates and guidelines of their circular paper. I was rudely ripped off by the ever so pleasant KROGER clerk. The KROGER SHOPPERS CARD IS A RIPPOFF AND SO IS THE STORE! ALL IT IS, THE SHOPPERS CARD, A METHOD OF TRACKING A CUSTOMER'S BUYING HABITS.
