We went to India
when I was 7 months old to meet our family members
and relatives, we spent a very good one month
there. That was my first plane ride to INDIA. The
Air-Hostess compliments my parents saying that "Your
baby is very well behaved" coz the other babies were
screaming. :) .
I had my Arna prasana ceremony in
Lingaraj Temple, Bhubaneswar & Maa Mangala Temple,
Cuttack, Orissa
In India my Mamu
(Mr.Sudipta Khuntia, Mom's brother)threw a grand
Party for me at Khuntia Bhawan Lawn, Cuttack,
Orissa, India. Some professional decorators came to
decorate the entire interior of our Lawn and
building. It took them whole one day to decorate
with colourful cloths & mirror. Mom, Dad & Uncle
spent 2 days going to our relatives house to invite
for the party.

Dad &
Mom welcome all the guest by presenting some
Chocolates from the US and beads. All those
ladies guest were wearing beads matching with
their Saree's colour. And all were looking
gorgeous. There were so many guests present that
I lost count after some time. More then 100
guests were present there to see me. Its amazing!
Cake
Cutting Time
We
asked both Maternal & Paternal Grandmothers'
help to cut the cake. The Cake was sponsored by
Sandeep mamu(Mom's cousin), the cake was looking
so yummy with that pineapple peel on top of
vanilla cake.And it was too tasty.
Entertainments
Mamu
(Uncle) organised a small band and all our family
members and relatives Sang song & Danced for me. (Aai(Maternal
Grandma), jeje(Paternal Grandpa), Buna Aja(Grandpa_
Mom's Uncle), Mamu(Maternal Uncle) Pupuni Aunty, Meera
Aunty, Bitu Uncle ~~~ Aja(Maternal Grandpa)
Jejema(Paternal grandmaa), Shelly Aie, Lata Aie, Reena
Aie(Mom's Aunty), Prashana aja(Mom's uncle) danced with
all Bollywood tunes.
Believe it or not I enjoyed the party so much that
for 4 hrs I didn't cry neither I had my meal. I
stayed up late till midnight. All our family members
and relatives appreciate it the most. I guess Mom &
dad feels proud of me.:))
Dinner

Its dinner
time......a professional Biryani cooked came to
prepared it and Cuttack special Gol guppa (Gup chup or
you can say a special mouth watering snacks for Indian
ladies & young girls) and some delicious
Ice Cream .
Then came the fun part….opening PRESENTS :
Next
day morning Mom opened presents for me & most of the
presents included Gold ring, necklace & bangles. And
lots and lots of beautiful frocks. Dad pass a funny
comment on gifts: "Logan (Reina's boy friend) is a Lucky
boy." :))))

gifted sarees to all those ladies who attended the
party.
I
would like to take this opportunity to thank you all
for giving me so much love & blessing.
