Rupees  these precious stones are used in the land of Hyrule as currency.  A green rupee=1 rupee.  A blue rupee=5 rupees.  And a red rupee= 20 rupees.

Life and Magical Power

Heart  this restores one heart of your life

Piece of Heart  collect four of these to add a heart to your life

Fairy  restores all of your life

Red Potion  At the magic shop this item costs 120 rupees.  Store it in a bottle and use it to refill all of your life.

Small Magic Container  restores 1/8 of your magic meter

Big Magic Container  restores your whole magic meter

Green Potion  At the magic shop this item costs 60 rupees.  Store it in a bottle and use it to restore your whole magic meter.

Blue Potion  At the magic shop this costs 160 rupees.  Store it in a bottle and use it to refill  all of your life and magic meter.

Dungeon Items

Pendants  There are three pendants:  Pendant of Courage, Pendant of Power, and Pendant of Wisdom.  These must be collected before you can gain the Master Sword.

Crystal  The seven maidens are trapped in these.  You must find them all.

Map  The dungeon map shows the layout of all the rooms.

Compass  the compass shows where all of the treasure chests are and where the boss lurks.

Key  opens normal locked doors

Big Key  This key opens the door to the boss and the big treasure chest
