Poetry

Many years ago when I was still in elementary school I wrote very well and did alot of poetry and art work, I expressed myself in that way. Until, a teacher humiliated me in front of the class and ripped up my drawing. I stopped creating that day.

Now through many years of healing those parts that had fragmented so long ago, I have now started to express myself in all areas of my life. (I am doing) Following is samples of some of the work I attempted in Grades 11 & 12 at Parksville's Malaspina College a few years ago.

A Maze

On my own home

I am held in a pond.

Like a maze, of a honeycomb

Beats the trampled wand.

Freedom is too long to respond

Awaiting the Rainbow dome.

Into the night and ever beyond

I awake the morn in a catacomb.

Overnight I come to despond,

Alas, Igo to Roam.

Free to be a vagabond

Ride the silver wings and home.

"Restorative Justice"

The victim is the perpetrator

Justice is to hate her

Born again Christian wants to bait her

Satan has come to mate her

God had chosen to create her

On a scale they would rate her

Who's the victim and the perpetrator?

"Life's Trap"

My life I am a Trapper

Escaping unconscious discoloration

Of the soul, to lead me to the mapper.

In my pure white uniform I look so dapper

And give to my life a little congratulation

To know this person who was a scrapper

In the exaggeration of the mind's napper

Become the root and the notification

Of yet one more lesson and handicapper

To be involved I am an entrapper

Of this earth, I sigh, from gratification

That I am a wise whippersnapper

True, others get into a flapper

Time for them to go inside for purification

And come into the place with the clapper

Somtimes I feel I am a kidnapper

Looking forward to the accomodation

And enlightment of the understrapper

As it chews and gnaws the fly-sapper.

"Rainbow's End"

My life is a book too long and slow

It takes me to heights of discoloration

When the lesson is complete I will glow

Into the light and glory I will go

The trials won are of congratulations.

Of the under current to foreknow

The lessons of life are not to bestow

The characters of the mind's hallucination

And out of this body I will go

In life's journey it will now flow

To every one's own gratification

To deep and unconscious blow

Early morning dreams visit the crow

And unto him it's time for organization

Because of this enormous white Buffalo

Fear my name, I hide in my bungalow,

Please send my angels of purification

I will leave an offering of tabacco

To clear the way of the cleansing Rainbow.

"Enrichment Day"

What are life's enriching goals

Tat always take's it's toll?

Babies born are merely foes

To take their place in the deepest coves

The untold dangers will unfold.

To every mother it's fortold

Twilight is the deepest mauve.

Companies coming to the grove

The unconcious it does please

To send the babies to tease

Of life's lessons I have learned

The little treasures of this border

Is worth the pain and disorder

They've been told to forgive

These humans and teach them to live.

"Angel Dreams"

Angels they come in the morning,

Come dance around the fire with me.

Angels, they come in the evening

Take me home and set me free.

Around the fire, here we go

To find my place in the realm.

Healing time on earth you know

Gather together around the elm

This time we pass the test.

They come sensually angelic,

Great the worthiness of this old relic.

God only knows that it's divine,

It's so lovely to know it's mine.
