This indenture made and entered unto this the 7th day of November 1891, by and between Elmorah Boone of the one part and Willam P. Newman and Archibald Campbell of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Elmorah Boone for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty two and 50/100 dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has this day given, granted and bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does give grants, bargains, sell, and convey unto said William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell all my undivided one fourth interest in and to the following described tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Madison state of Alabama Viz: Fractional south part of SW � of Section one and fractional north part of Section 11 and 12. T. 5 R. 1 W. beginning at a stake on Burtons line 34 36/100 chains southwardly from the center of section two, three East 56 76/100 chains to Eighty acre line in section one thrice south 6 49/100 chains to the center of the south boundary S. W. � of Section one, thrice West Seven chains to a stake in Grassey Pond Thrice South to west side of the Bayou there with west side of same as follows: S�10 10E, 6c,15l, S.18 degrees6.17c-s.47E four chains. S. 53 � degrees E. 3 Ch. S. 40 degrees E 7 ch. S. 30 degrees E, 1 ch 50 l. s. 3. E 2 ch, 50 l to the corner of part no. 3 as surveyed by Thomas J. Taylor said part No. 3. hung the south part referred to in the Will of Josiah Springer Deceased thrice west with same 62 75/100 chains to Burton lines thru with same N. 7 W. to the beginning containing 276 acres more or less. The foregoing description being intended to embrace all my interesting the real estate to which I am entitled under the will of my Grandfather the said Josiah Springer Deceased, TO have and to hold the above described tract or parcel of land with the [liummer?] to and appurtenance there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell their heir and assigns forever and the said Elmorah Boone for and in consideration of said sum of one hundred and forty two � 60/100 dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is herby acknowledged does hereby bargain, sell transfer and assign to the said William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell all her right title interest and estate in law and equity in and to the estate of Josiah Springer deceased of whatsoever mature mixed property as fully and completely as if the same were here particularly described and set out and also sell any right title and interest as heir at law devise and legates of said Josiah Springer deceased or as heir legates or devise of any other heir, devise or legatee of Josiah Springer Deceased in and to his estate or otherwise. In Witness whereof the said Elmorah Boone, hereunto subscribed her name and affix her seal the day and year above written.

This indenture made and entered into this the 12th day of March 1890 by and between Minnie B. Vann (formerly Minnie B. Boone) and her husband Montevalle Vann of the one part and William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell of the other part Witnesseth that the said Minnie B. Vann and her husband Montevalle Vann for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this day given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do give grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell their heirs and assigns forever and the said Minnie B Vann and her husband Monteville Vann for and in consideration of said sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby bargain, sell, transfer and assign to the said William P. Newman and Archibald Campbell all their right title interest and stake in law and in equity in and to the estate of Josiah Springer deceased of whatsoever nature kind[?] and character and whether the same be real personal or mixed property as fully and completely as if the same were here particularly described and set out and also all their right, title and interest as heir at law devises on legaties of said Josiah Springer or as heirs legaties or devises of any other heir legaie or devise of said Josiah Springer in and to his estate and otherwise. In Witness wherof the said Minnie B. Vann and her husband Montevalle Vann here onto subscribe their names and affix their seal the day and year above written.
