Sally Fanning Hill 3. Benjamin Fanning was born in 1798 in Georgia. He died in Franklin County Tennessee. His first wife was Mahaley White. They had 10 children: Elizabeth (b. 1815, d. 1820), Samuel (b.1819 in Tennessee), William C. (b. 1828), John W. (b. 1830), Frances (b. 1832), Martha J. (b. 1834), America (b. 1836), Marlinda (b. 1838), Victoria (b. 1843), and Mary (b. 1845). Benjamin�s second wife was Julia Yarbrough. They had only one child, Thomas (b. 1858). 4. Middleton Fanning was born 1797 in Georgia and died on February 9th 1861. He married Racheal Harper, she was born in 1801 and died October 1865. They had eight children. 5. William Fanning was born in 1798. He married Jinsa Terry. Middleton died on August 28th 1879 in Jackson County, Alabama. Delphia died October 20th 1860. |
