Moon - Connally John Nathaniel Moon was born Decemeber 29th 1860 in Madison County Alabama. Louisa "Lulu" Clementine Connally was born September 9th 1872 also in Madison County Alabama. They were married on February 3rd 1889 in Madison County Alabama. They had 4 children that lived to adulthood. From the census records it seems that they had 7 children in all, but 3 died in childhood. It appears they lost another child, Laura, in her 20's perhaps during childbirth. Laura G. Moon was born in August of 1893 (according to the 1900 census). My guess is that Laura died between 1917 and 1920. In 1920 James Hickman (listed as son-in-law) and Thelma Hickman (born 1917) were listed with John and Lulu in the census. Thelma was still living with them in 1930. Willie Clemintine Moon was born on April 1st 1897 in Owens Cross Roads Alabama. She married Z. Taylor Warren on Christmas day 1912. As can be seen by the census records below they knew each other at least two years before they were married. He was a boarder living at her family's home when she was only 13 years old! She died on Dec 8th 1954 and is buried Moon cemetery. Ola A. Moon was born in 1901, according to 1910 Alabama Census.
