I've been told by a friend that, "You don't have the political connections and you're not in the political loop like these other guys".
For years I have heard my friends and co-workers say, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. We need a regular person to step up and get into office".

the 6th District U.S. House seat vacated by Congressman Richard Baker. I feel it is time we elect a regular person into Congress. I think that for the most part, the politicians, doctors, and lawyers that we have elected in the past have been representing us based on their own experiences with no idea of the true needs of the majority of the people they represent.
