1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (or to taste) 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup white wine vinegar.
Combine all of the vegetables in a blender or food processor until they are well chopped and blended. Add oil, vinegar and seasonings. If you want a thinner consistency, add some tomato juice. Serve chilled with garlic croutons.
