Drain pineapple chunks and reserve juice. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions but substituting 2/3 cup pineapple juice in palce of milk. Mix all of the fruits together in a large bowl. Add the pudding mix to the fruit and stir until well coated. the pudding will be rather thick to start but will thin out into a nice glaze as it mixes with the fruit. Chill before serving.
