Crush the garlic and let it soak in the olive oil (or use olive oil that already has some garlic cloves in it.) Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil. Season the chicken with meat tenderizer, lemon pepper, grated oarange peel and tarragon. Grill the chicken on outdoor grill turning often. Put red wine and lemon juice into a spray bottle and spray the chicken regularly while cooking. |
