Drain sweep potatoes. Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet. Squeeze tjhe juice from the orange and grate the peel. Add the juice and grated peel to the butter along with the brown sugar and salt. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add sweet potatoes. Stir gently and cook until potatoes are glazed, hot and tender.
