Salsa

1 pound tomatos
1 onion, minced
2 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbs. chopped coriander (more or less as desired)
1 Tbs. finely chopped cilantro (more or less as desired)
Hot sauce ( to taste)

A Regular Guys Recipe

Peel and cup up the tomatos and place in a large bowl with the minced onion.

Seed and mince the jalepeno peppers.  Be sure to wear rubber gloves for this process. (Dave learned the hard way when he chopped jalepenos without gloves and then went to the bathroom.)

Stir in the chopped peppers, lime juice,  garlic, coriander and cilantro.

Turn the heat up a notch with a dash (or 2 or 3 or 4 or...) of your favorite hot sauce.  Tabasco is always good.  Cholula has a nice authentic Mexican taste.
