1 TBS unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice 1/4 cup tequila 1/4 cup Triple Sec 1 pint whipping cream 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 6-8 drops green food coloring lime slices, oranges slices, strawberries, whipped cream for garnish |

Prepare crust by mixing pretzel crumbs and melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool.
Sprinkle gelatin over lime/lemon juice in a double boiler and dissolve it over hot water. Add tequila and Triple Sec and refrigerate.
Whip cream until it thickens. Add sugar and beat until still peaks form. Refrigerate.
When gelatin mixture begins to thicken or takes on a thin syrupy quality, fold it into the freshly whipped cream while adding food coloring. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate.
Garnish with lime, orange, strawberry slices and whipped cream, if desired.
