The Temple of the White Lotus 
The area is located Way northwards. Past Smurfs, up through Shire and then following Coastfollow Road through a few rooms in Mega-City One and then out on Tothmeer Trail which the enterence is connected to.

You go to Market Square. From there go east till you see the
eastern gate (dont go out) then follow the wall north and west
when you cant go further north till you reach the North Gate.
Walk northwards out of the gate and continue north on The 
Northern Trade Road when you reach that. Turn west when you see
the cross (second cross but first on The Northern Trade Road)
and again follow the road as far north as you can.

Walk all west though The Forest of Hoan Dor till a tree blocks 
the road, then walk as far north as you can. A single pace east then follow the Northern Trade Road a brief while - at the first sign, walk northwards through the Shire area and up to the Coastfollow Road. Follow the road nowthwards, And at both the Crossroads go west and you will end at Mega-City One. Here you go south and take first turn westwards and follow Tothmeer Trail. The enterence to the Temple will be the first turn South.
