The Rats Lair
Reading page3 of your starting guide (new ones can be 
bought west then north of common square in Midgaard). Is
the fastest way to get the SpeedWalk.

You go to Temple Square. East of there is the Grunting 
Boar Inn. Go all the way in till you meet the Bartender,
then go north into the Lounge, then down as the Rats Lair
is located in the basement.
