If you can remember "Oh boy" & the "6-5 special", If your dad drove a Ford Anglia or you hid behind the sofa during "Quatermass" there is a good chance that you are of a certain age. If at the same time you Lived in Tettenhall, Finchfield or Castlecroft, then there is a good chance you attended that holiest and most revered establishment of secondary educational establishments known simply as "THE REGIS". These pages are for you. I have tried to include names and faces that will trigger the ageing memory engrams and return you to the days when 10 gold leaf cost half a crown and chips were 6d a bag. An era when the computer and mobile phone simply did not exist, where the simple pleasure of watching flash gordon at the flicks on a saturday morning or better still watching a hall, king or castle enter Low level station followed by seeing the Wolves win at home. (they did in those days).
THE 3rd REUNION
Our 3rd reunion was a great success. many thanks to Steve and everyone else involved. A splendid time was had by all. the Express and Star covered the event and photographs may be obtained from the office in Queen street.
