ANOTHER NEGLECTED YEAR
JAN 98 - DEC 98
* Bought a 1958 Chevy Apache stepside pick-up to restore.
A GOOD BEGINNING TO A NEW YEAR
JAN 99 - MAR 99
This is my wife cleaning up the floor boards, to get it ready for the carpeting.
In the background is my 1984 1-Ton Dulley. It has a 454 Cubic inch engine.
* Military got me on the move again, going to Korea in April.
* Now I have to prepare the car for the wife to drive while I am deployed to Korea.
* The wife bought me a parts Chevelle that was rear-ended.
* Removed all aluminum interior and poly bucket seats.
* Removed bucket seats from parts Chevelle and got them reapholstered, along with the back seat.
* Removed rear lenex glass window.
* Installed rescued rear window from the parts Chevelle.
* Installed new carpeting with sound deadener.
* Installed new headliner.
* Installed new weather-stripping.
* Installed rescued door panels from the parts Chevelle. They are the wrong color but better than nothing.
* Installed rescued metal wheel wells.
* Relocated battery back up front.
* Installed rescued Cragar S/S rims, and installed Viper TR Raidal tires on all four corners.
* Converted from front manual drum brakes, to power front disc brake system.
* Removed cylinder heans and had rebuilt with new Edelbrock valve springs installed.
* Installed Edelbrock Performer camshaft and lifter set, with double roller timing chain.
* Installed roller tip rockers.
* Installed 8.8MM Accel plug wires.
* Installed new Edelbrock Chrome air cleaner, timing cover, and valve covers.
* Installed sway bar with polyurethane bushings.

FOR NOW IT'S THE WIFES CAR

* Well, she told me over the phone, that she ran over a curb at work, and a few weeks later the transmission started making a horrible noise.
NOW SHE WANTS TO COME TO KOREA
JUL 99 - AUG 99
* Well, the wife put the car in storage, for the duration of my stay in Korea. (April 2003)
* Now the wife is here with me in korea.
* Thinking about having the car shipped here to Korea.
