graph of y >3x
first draw the line y = 3x
then check out the correct region (side of the line) by using an
arbitrary point which does not lie on y =3x
for eg.
if we check y>3x with (2,0) , 0 > 6 is false
if we check y >3x with (0,2) , 2 >0 is true
from either of the above we can conclude that the correct region is the
one shown shaded in the picture.
the dashed line shows that the boundary is not part of the required
region.
