A guy from work was organising a trip to Thailand for anyone that wanted to tag along. At the last minute I said I would go along. I needed a holiday anyway and the itinerary was all organised as well.
This made it a no brainer, which suited me just fine at the time.
Malcolm was going along for his very first trip overseas, so I knew we were in for a good time too.
At the very last minute, the guy that was organising the holiday had to drop out himself. This just left a small group of four to go, but that was fine, I would have gone on my own if no one else turned up.

| Both Mal and I had brand new Cameras so we went totally snap happy. This is me at the airport before we even left. We then got half sloshed in the bar before take off. |

This holiday was recently after the big Tsunami had hit, and things were still getting rebuilt. Consequently not a lot of tourists had gone back yet, and there was plenty of beach space.
I forgot my cossie this day, but my undies looked like a cossie anyway, so no one knew. You can see the result of the hamburger at the airport...... MANBOOBS!!!! |

Signs are everywhere and they have a full on warning system consisting of towers on the beach road with big warning sirens in them. |
