Falling so swiftly,
Hurtling toward the ground,
In one eternal moment.
As the air rushes at me from all sides,
Scenes of the future
That could have been
Pass me by.
I don�t see a house,
Or a successful career,
But I see your face,
That I�ve come to love so much.
I wonder if you�d miss me,
If I hit the ground.
But wait,
Your arms are outstretched to catch me,
To hold me safe and sound.
