Today went pretty well. I had to see Les, but hey, it was all good. I ignored him, and as far as I know he ignored me. Gee, how mature we are. But at least I don't literally run away from him as soon as he gets within 20 feet of me. I stand my ground - I am a fighter, not a runner.
I've made a couple of new male friends. They don't seem like jerks...but then again, they aren't romantically interested in me, either. It seems that as soon as men become romantically interested in you, they snap and suddenly become jerks. But as long as you just stay friends with them, they really are tolerable. Especially when they buy you things and take you out to dinner, like my friend Sean does once in a while ;) Now there's a gentleman...but no sparks. Too bad, he likes to spoil me rotten :) I could get used to that! LOL
I am a lot more happier and...balanced...since I wrote the last time. Although it is yet again late at night, I don't think that I am going to rant and rave. Instead, I think that this is going to be a rather calm, level-headed journal entry. I wonder how many people have visited my site. I didn't put a counter on the front page because I didn't want repeat visits to count. Plus it makes me nervous to know that my sites are really popular...or not. I have several other geocities sites, and some of them are REALLY popular, whereas others have only been visited a few times. Especially my township hisotry site...but then, I can't blame people for not visiting it. The only people who actually know the address to that site are my professor and my ex...my ex hasn't visited the site (to my knowledge) and my professor loved it. So, who knows.
I am REALLY bad at starting a site and not finishing it. I hope this site won't be like that. I mean, I know it isn't the most INTERESTING site on the net, but hey, it beats staring a blank computer screen...I hope.
Well, I hope you don't go into shock or something, but I am signing off now. Yeah, yeah, I know that it is short but I just typed a 6k email in about 10 minutes and my wrists are killing me! :) So I am outtie...but I will write again soon!!! :)
