| Planning is under way for NDYO's first annual youth conference. We desire to stir the spirit of America's GLBT youth for the Lord. We desire to motivate America's GLBT youth to action. We desire to encourage a healthy life outlook on America's GLBT youth . |
| The theme of 2004's conference: |
| This year's theme of reach-UP, reach-IN and reach-OUT represents NDYO's three-fold purpose. We desire to see the next generation of God's GLBT children get excited to know Him more. To become more intimate with Christ; and to seek their Father's will for their lives. (reach-UP) We recognize that there have been unhealthy and negative self-images built up upon the lies of the enemy and our hope is to tear down these strong holds. In this way allowing God's image of His son to be reclaimed by His children. (reach-IN) And lastly we know this message of God's love, reconciliation and healing must be spread; it is our responsibility to equip and empower these youth to go out into the gay community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
