GPC: Spa1000
Well, Spa1000 was a huge event held under GPC organization as end of the year race.
There were 157 drivers racing, 27 different teams, in a 6-races weekend event.
For the first time I participated in a race using a wheel and not the keyboard, so it was a special race for me.
Things were really good, I was always in the Top-3 at Qualifying every day, was even able to keep the pole lap for three consecutive days.
At the end, I had my best lap DQ'ed because of a three-wheel off track in last corner. It was sad, but I didn't had enough time to re-do a new lap.
Because of that, IDT drivers had to start from 16th place in every race and not 6th as we should before my lap was DQ'ed.
Everyone did pretty well, I was really impressed by how consistent everyone was.
I decided to do my race still on keyboard, and finished in fourth place, only behind wheel drivers. It was great, the best digital driver as my objective was.
At the end, IDT finished 6th in Overall Team Standings, after starting from 16th, so, we did just great!
