LFRS GP4: 2003 Season Results
That was the championship that everyone was waiting to begin. Many new drivers appeared around the paddock, and we all were sure about new fast guys around.
I was again in team IDT, with a much better structure then in 2002 or even in GP3 in 2003. My team mate in Class "F" was Fabio Barata, a very fast newcomer around.
It was a pretty hard year to win races, it took me long practice seasons to be able to win races in there. We had some very fast drivers around - Semjonov, Hirrle and Barata, are only one of them - and I was never sure of what would be a pole time, or a race time to win it.
After all, I was really tired at the end of the season, but I could win both Driver's Championship and FastPoints Championship with a confortable gap to Semjonov.
Got 8 wins, all pole positions and 10 fastest laps during the season, a great result!
