These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You are asked to read and accept the terms and conditions before you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Order Placement
You can order our products via this website using two alternative methods.
You may use the shopping cart facility by clicking on the icon alongside each product to add the item to your shopping basket. You can view and amend the contents of your shopping basket at all times prior to submitting your order. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase you will be required to complete the on-line order form, prior to submitting your order.
Alternatively, you can manually e-mail us your order to [email protected] indicating whether you wish to pay via Paypal or Cheque/PO.
If you have selected Paypal then you will be required to pay online at the time of placing your order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Nigel Clubley and posted to 18 Yearl Rise, Seaton, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 1DG
We will endeavour to ensure that we can supply all items advertised on our website. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply an item then we will offer you an alternative prior to our accepting/shipping your order, or offer a refund if we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative products.
Acceptance of order will take place at the point when goods are shipped.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown on this site are in GB Pounds Sterling.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable shipping charges.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by cheque, postal order or via 'Paypal' . We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
We are not registered for VAT.
Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for and are made using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In addition to deliveries within the UK we will also ship goods to Europe and the US (Please contact us for details)
Orders paid for via PAYPAL will, whenever possible, be despatched within 24/48 hours of payment.

UK Shipping charges are dependant on order value and are as follows :-

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please enter/send your complaint via our website or by e-mail to [email protected].
We will instruct you accordingly of the procedures to follow depending upon the exact nature of the complaint.
Cancellations
We will accept a cancellation of order up to the point of shipping (full refund given) or within 7 days of its receipt (Please note that a 20% or £15 handling charge - whichever is higher, will be levied)
Your product must be returned to us (you must bear the costs) complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box.
You will receive a full refund (less handling charge) once we receive the goods back into our possession. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

We and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
General
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
