These are just eating tips I've heard, seen on TV or read that I thought I'd put up. Maybe they'll help? Anywayz, one thing to do is chew your food as much as you can before you swallow it.It'll help your stomach to digest it faster and easier because it doesn't have big chunks in it. Make sense? And eat slowly. It takes your brain about 20  minutes to realize it's full. So take small portions. Put small portions on your fork  and/or  spoon. As in, don't take globs to eat and don't shove globs into your mouth. Something I thought up, if you don't think you trust yourself to know when you're full, is if you're afraid of eating too much, drink a lot before or while you're eating. It'll help fill you up and make you feel full. If you're eating at a restaurant, take your time eating between  meals or servings. Let your tummy settle and go tackle some more food if  you think you can. Remember, you know your body better than I do, so don't let me boss you around. So to recap, take small portions and eat small portions; eat slowly so your brain can register when it's full and tell you; if you can't do that, drink a lot to make yourself feel full so you don't end up stuffing yourself like a pig; and chew your food as much as you can so it's easier and quicker to digest.

If you have a site and would like to post this on it, feel free to, but please put written by Reelaya and offer some kind of link and credit to me and my site. Thank you! ^_^
