Restaurants
The main buffet restaurant "Mirador" is located right near the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean while you have breakfast or lunch.  The breakfast buffet includes lots of fresh fruit - papaya, pineapple, melon, cantaloupe, bananas, strawberries, yogurt, cereals, pancakes, eggs, etc, plus a made to order omelet station.  The waiters will serve you coffee, tea, or cappucinos.

The lunch buffet was not bad.  A variety of salads, meats, breads, fish, chicken, and pasta bar. I preferred the freshly made sandwiches at the snack bar.  Dinner was similar to the lunch buffet, with the addition of a carving station where the meat served changed every evening - turkey, roast beef, port, etc.

If you get up early (by 7:30am) you can make a reservation with the hostess at the buffet restaurant to have dinner that evening in one of the specialty restaurants upstairs - the Italian Restaurant "Rosinella", or the Latino restaurant "Sabor".  They will only take reservations for the same day.  Men must wear pants. At these restaurants you have menu service and better choices of entrees.
