| To Derive Fun From Work �To me, there aren�t any tough moments. Even if it�s really tough, I will treat it as an interesting part of life!� This was Shingo�s answer to the question of how to face tough times. Most people would think that it is alright to show it on their faces and complain when they are feeling down. But to Shingo, �This tough times are inevitable! Just ganbatte and move on!� With this kind of attitude, he is always able to derive fun even from difficult times, while running towards the future. �Many people saw the Aoi Inazuma MTV, including the scene which Tsuyopon and I were holding hands. These people thought that our behavior was weird. It�s fun to have planted that misconception in them!� Having entered the entertainment scene since 10 years old, Shingo�s strategy has always been to derive fun from tough times. But at this age when one would one to play hard, it is hard not to feel tired having being tied up with schedules and training. Most people were worried that the pressure would be too great for him. However, there was really no need for worries. People wonder whether he is a genius who will never feel stressed, or an optimist who can always somehow find ways to make work fun. During work, Shingo has always been a naughty boy, making fun of other co-workers. During drama rehearsals, Shingo will always be his usual self. However, once the camera starts to roll, he will become a completely different Shingo. Even though he did not make any NGs, the director will request for a second take. �Oh no, it�s me again!� Even if it is just a once sentence script, Shingo will also want to make it unique. �It is fun!� No matter you are a student or actor, if you just follow what others ask you to do, it will be boring, there�s no meaning to it at all. On the other hand, if you can inject your views into what you do, even if you keep repeating the same jobs, you will feel happier. Holding hands with Tsuyoshi was also Shingo�s idea of mischief he came up with, just before the shooting. In addition, Tsuyoshi isn�t someone who objects mischief either, he will tend to sing Enka out of sudden when he sensed that the atmosphere around him is tensed. Hence, this �holding hands incident� was actually both Shingo�s and Tsuyoshi�s �ploy�. Although it is well known that both of them are great buddies, the scene of them holding hands still shocked quite a lot of fans! Actually, they held hands purposely, anticipating reactions from fans and relatives. When working overseas, Shingo can find fun even when he is alone in the hotel room. �Sometimes I will take a bath with my clothes on. It feels great when you do something that is not normal! I will soak myself in the bathtub while eating tidbits, and ask for room service while reading a book. This game of pretending I�m some rich guy is fun!� Although Shingo has started working since 10, he has never lost his childlike nature. Although he is already over 20, he gives people the feeling that he is under 20. He is really a cute big boy. No matter how tired he is because of work, having played such games in the hotel room, he will feel that all the tiredness are gone, and he can face the next day�s work with enthusiasm. The childlike Shingo is the first among his friends to enter society. Sometimes, his friends who are looking for jobs, will look up to Shingo as a senior, and ask him for advice. Shingo will jokingly say, � Money! It�s not that easy to earn you know?� |
