Using Dreamweaver was able to fully build my website using a mix of HTML code and the UI of Dreamweaver. I was then able to upload my final completed website as to publish it. I also created all of the buttons and assets myself and made sure that there would be no problems linking between pages with the hyperlinks that were applied to the navigation buttons.
