the Veggie-pot-luck will begin at/around 5:00pm.
the bands will start at/around 6:00pm.
it will end at/around 11:30pm.

***NOTE: i'm still trying to work out all of the details and times for this, but i will post the full itinerary when i figure it out.

it will be ONLY $4.
...BUT there WILL be a "donations" box somewhere either in at front door, or maybe by the food, or just traveling around the whole show, and we DO very much encourage anyone and everyone to throw in some extra cash (anything will help. throw in your extra $1 if you pay with a $5 or something). there are FOUR BANDS ON TOUR PLAYING THIS SHOW, and all the money that is donated in this box will go STRAIGHT to them. thanks.

the pot luck will begin (most likely) at 5:30pm. i will be bringing TONS of veggie food, snacks, drinks, and other things. i have already been offered help by some people, and would totally encourage EVERYONE to SHOW UP EARLY, and bring something to share! (cause then you know for sure that you won't miss any of the bands either). it's gonna be really awesome, and super fun. a really good time to socialize with pals and make new friends while having the joy of eating some good stuff. but yeah, please bring something if you can. if you want, you can even like just go to the grocery store and by some snacks, or buy a pizza, a huge hoagie sandwich, chowmein, fried-rice, WHATEVER! that would all totally work. just make sure that its vegetarian. we'll have a huge table set up with all of the food and we'll just have a type of buffet line er something. and we can even use the kitchen at the HMB rec center. so if you wanna do something totally outrageous and cook there, please let me know! but either way, if you think you can help and/or want to help and don't know what to bring, or need more info or something, please e-mail me (Kenny) at [email protected].

10:30-11:00 - Heart Cross Love (reunion show. and also to help promote the release of the HMB Community Center Comp CD that features a brand new HCL song).

10:00-10:25 - Meneguar (from New York. on Magic Bullet Records).

9:30-9:55 - End on End (from LA. on Alone Records. first Bay Area show in months).

9:00-9:25 - Autokinoton (from Colorado. they rule).

8:30-9:00 - ***break***

8:00-8:30 - As Black Hearts Break (CD release show. first show in months).

7:30-7:55 - Gospel (from New York. on Level-Plane Records).

7:00-7:25 - Bailer (from Colorado. on Not Bad Records).

6:30-6:55 - Time's Up (first show. demo release show).

5:30-6:30 - ***pot luck/bands load in/hangout time***

i encourage EVERYONE (especially bands) to please be there by 5:00pm. but ***NOTE*** there is a dance class that is held every saturday at the HMB community center that ends at 5:30pm. so, i'm gonna see how we can work that out. we wont be able to get into the big room before 5:30 because of the class, but maybe the bands can bring in their equipment and stuff into the other back room (if the class is not using it). but i'm pretty sure that we will be able to get into the kitchen before 5:30 to cook, help prepare, and set up all the food and junk. so yeah, just try ta show up at 5:00pm. and if we can't get inside early. just hang out outside (OR AT THE SKATEPARK ACROSS THE STREET!) and PLEASE don't cause a scene or some stupid rukus because there WILL be other people using the community center until 5:30 (then at that time, it is ours! but until then, be respectful). and remember the police station is right there too. so yeah, respect all the people there. dont run in naked into the community center and/or try to join in on the dance class or something. just chill out.

this is a HMB community center show. they are INCREDIBLE for actually letting us do this at their space (cause normally, they only do one show a month on the second saturday of every month), but i asked them for this date cause of the special occasion, and they gave it to me! fuck yeah! so they TOTALLY rule! Shaye...Susan...you are both the best! make sure you all make some time out that night to thank them also.

so, most of you already know how those things go at that rec center. they will allow EVERYONE to have fun in pretty much whatever way you want to AS LONG as NO ONE IS GETTING HURT and/or is being put into any crazzy danger. so let's keep it that way. sing-along, rock out, mosh, dance, do what you wish, but make sure to respect and have fun with everyone else in the room.

really important, PLEASE PLEASE pick up ALL of your trash (and any other trash you see around) and throw it all away. THE POT-LUCK IS FREE to everyone who comes (especially to everyone who brings stuff!), and food can definetly get messy. so clean up after yourselves and try not to make a mess. and if you do, clean it up. AND everyone PLEASE PLEASE help us clean up AFTERWARDS at the end of the night too. the only way that we will be able to keep doing things like this is if we ALL put in our own effort and make sure we take care of our OWN mess and take responsibility to keep everything going great.

NO FIGHTS. NO DRUGS. NO ALCOHOL. JUST LOVE.
