| -Reservations require a 50% non-refundable (30 days prior to stay) deposit -A refundable security deposit of $300 per cabin and $1000.00 for the cottage is required upon arrival -Full weeks can begin when it best suits your vacation. Check in time is after 3P.M (unless prior arrangements are made). - Check out time is at 10:30 A.M. (Unless prior arrangements are made) -Most cabins are ONE ROOM units without washroom facilities. THE CENTRAL SHOWER FACILITY is kept clean and tidy at ALL times. -LIMIT of 1 vehicle per cabin (additional vehicles MAY be subject to $10 parking at a nearby location) -BED linens are provided but patrons must bring their own towels. -Visitors with DOGS: Must being their own linens, Must not leave the dog unattended in the cabin, Must have the dog on a leash at all times on the property. -NO SMOKING in cabins or under sheltered DECK as per Ontario anti Smoking legislation -No VISITORS unless prior arrangements are made -Intoxication and disorderly conduct will NOT be tolerated on the property -No Noise after 11pm -No littering ( including cigarette butts, beer caps/bottles) WE RECYCLE and COMPOST SPECIAL STUDENT POLICIES: -WE DO NOT RENT CO-ED cabins to STUDENT-AGE couples -We do not allow underage drinking |
