Book Versions & Editions
Each Redwall book has been released in many countries, in many different formats.  The two basic formats are paperback and hardcover, but each release has different cover art.  Here I have listed all the different editions that I know about.  If you want information on each book's editions, go back to the books page and click on a book's title.  On its page, you will see the covers of each edition of that book and a short description.
UK/Canadian Paperbacks:
Have wraparound cover art, with "Brian Jacques" in large letters at the top, the title of the book in smaller letters, and "A Tale of Redwall" in even smaller letters below.  On the spine is a box with "Brian Jacques" and the title, same size lettering.  Books 1-8 came in this version, except #5, Salamandastron.  It has the title in large, fancy white lettering on the cover and spine.
Book #9, The Pearls of Lutra, started a new design.  It has the same wraparound cover art and lettering, but the spine has an arched window picture and "A Tale of Redwall" on it.  Below is a shiny gold box with "Brain Jacques" and the title.  Books after #9 have all come out with this design, and books 1-8 have been reprinted with this design.

UK/Canadian Hardcovers:
Have wraparound cover art on the dust jacket that is also used for the paperback version.  The title is outlined in shiny gold, and "Brian Jacques" is also printed in shiny gold.  This is the same on the cover and the spine.  The book under the dust jacket is a solid color with gold lettering on the spine.

American Paperbacks:
Have different cover art than the UK/CAN versions.  I don't know too much about these as I don't have any, but it seems most of the covers have a border around the art.

American Hardcovers:
I don't have any of these either, but the art is the same as the paperbacks, only no border.

German Version:
No info on this yet, except for the fact that it's translated into German!

Dutch Version:
No info--translated into Dutch.
