Do you consider yourself a "band geek"? i think the "geek" part is a little harsh ^.~ 5. Do you get angry at anyone who uses that term and defend it? yes 6. Or worse, do you admit to it proudly? proudly.....on a good day.... 7. Do you enjoy band trips?Definatly 8. Do you sing songs and cheers on the band bus? Until sum1 yells at me and Jenny O. 9. Did you do anything "naughty" at band camp? No way, our band camp isn't like that 10. Do you admire the drum major and wish you had his power? HER power? not really... 11. Do you think that football fields were made especially for marching bands? Um, of course! 12. Are your parents part of the band boosters? Nope, but they buy stuff 13. Do you roll-step through the school hallways? yep 14. Do you march in step with your friends?yep 15. Are the heels on all your shoes that are broken in naturally rolled? nope 16. Do you find it difficult to impossible to imagine life without marching band? I have seperation anxiety from it 17. When you graduate (if this applies) do you plan on marching in college or in the future? Where at or with whom? Maybe in college, if i go to OU ^.~ OSU is only a brass band... :( 18. Are all your best friends in band? yea 19. Do nonbandies look at you funny when you talk about band? I dunno a lot of nonbandies... :P 20. Do you constantly find yourself saying "its a band thing"?yep, the words of the week! 21. Do you consider your band your "family"? Um... in a way.... 22. Do you call your band director "dad" or "mom"? NNNNNO way, never 23. Do you consider your section leader/guard captain your big brother or sister? not really, they just help me when i'm lost... 24. Do you see more of the band hall than your home?Band ROOM maybe... 25. Have you ever slept in the band hall? nope! I'm proud of the fact! 26. Have you ever started a fight with band members from other schools? I have wanted to...... 27. Do you have dreams about marching in your sleep? All the time 28. Do you think that your marching shoes are comfortable? No, they come untied easily 29. Have you ever worn them to places other than band functions (i.e. the mall)? Nope 30. Can you get dressed in your uniform in under 5 minutes? Probably.... 31. While moving? Thats a bit more difficult... 32. On the bus?Its required 33. Have you ever broken a bone and STILL insisted on marching (even on crutches)? never broke a bone 34. What is your favorite movie that features a marching band? Um..... can't think of any??? 35. Do you think that marching band has similarities to a cult? Ye,now that you mention it 36. Do you get upset when concert season rolls around? Its already here 37. Have you ever marched while sick? um...sorta 38. Do you think that everyone goes to football games just to see the band? Parents do 39. Do you get nervous before performing? Not really 40. Have you ever fell asleep on the band bus? apparently, when it was 2:00 am at BOA.... 41. Have you ever had a solo in a show? not on purpose... a squeak and a miss direction change here, a missed yardline there.... 42.
