"The Yu-Gi-Oh! phenomenon continues. Now fans of the series and newcomers to the world of Yu-Gi-Oh! will be able to enjoy strategic Gameplay and exciting battles at anytime, anywhere."
--  Dennis Lee, Product Manager at Konami of America.

In Dungeon Dice Monsters, a brand new strategic board game, duel against characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! world as you create a dungeon and attack your opponent using powerful monsters and magic cards.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters was first announced at the 2002 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in LA. It will play on GameBoy Advance, and will feature to official English rules and restrictions. It's based on the forthcoming strategic board game, delivers a deep single-player mode in which gamers enter tournaments and battle over 80 unique opponents from the animated TV series. Players can also link two systems for head-to-head duels to acquire new monsters and trading dice with friends. Over 100 monsters are featured, including the powerful and mysterious "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Black Magician Girl".

The game is the first in the alternate Yu-Gi-Oh series for America, Yu-Gi-Oh Dungeondice Monsters. This is more of a board game than a card game -- players will move around on a playing field and try to outmaneuver their opponent with any one of the 100 different monsters in the game (including the powerful and mysterious "Blue-eyes White Dragon" and "Black Magic Girl") Once you go into a battle encounter, the Yu-Gi-Oh card game factors in for the strategy of battle -- choose wisely. Naturally, there's two player head-to-head here as well.

Konami will likely have the deck stacked for a long time with Yu-Gi-Oh -- if you're fan, get some fuzzy dice for your car and roll 'em out to stores this Fall. And if you're not, you probably will be soon if things go the way they are now. Check out the shots and get excited. [Mark Nix -- IGN.com]
