Reds Review:
Offseason
New GM/ Manager Ushers in new era for the Reds:
The Reds most notable offseason move was announcing that Nafsder2003 would become the new Reds General Manager and Manager.
Team captain resigns:
For a moment this past offseason it looked as if Reds veteran shortstop and team captain Barry Larkin would not be sporting a Reds uniform any longer.  He declined an offer as a restricted free agent and the Reds let him go into the free agent market.  Luckily for Reds fans, Nafsder2003 signed him right away as soon as he became the GM.
No big pitching pick up:
The Reds failed to sign a big name starting pitcher to help their weak staff.  They hope that Brandon Claussen, aquired in the Aaron Boone trade, can provide some good outings this season.  Claussen is currently in AAA.
