There was a storm in South America that caused good surf swell - although I did hear the surfers complaining it was only 'double-overhead' The little dots in the pic top left are surfers. You can judge the beach erosion by the people on the sand (bottom center). The waves were hitting the bottom of the Pacific Beach Pier, which was closed for a couple of days (bottom left). |
