X-Code is a tournament paintball team that was put together in 2000. The team was revamped in 2001 combining members of team armageddon. The team members include Adam Hamblin, Adam Towns, Justin Odekirk , Mark Bourne, and Myself (Colby Dreaden). The first tourny we played in was Cal jam 5, we placed 11th out of 52 teams. We then have played in the mountain west circiut in Wyoming. We took overall champions for the 2001 Mountain West Circiut. We then went to the Pan-Am championships in Las Vegas in December. That wrapped up our 2001 seasons.In 2002 We have played a 5 man in Toole UT. We took first place. We then went to the first leg of the Mountain West 2002. We only managed 2nd place.In May we hosted a charity paintball scenario for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We then placed 2nd in the Idaho cup. We then took 8th place in the San Diego leg of The Pan Am. We played In the Seattle Pan Am as well and we got 2nd place. We also took the Mountian West Championship again in 2002. We wrapped up in Las Vegas Pan Am finals and we teamed up with team Aftermath and took 1st in 10 man and we took 2nd in 5 man. This year we started out strong with a 1st place in the Pan Am Phoenix tourny. We are going to grow to seven man this year and play both 5 and 7 man. We play at Jr's Extreme paintball and we have and outdoor hyperball field ,in ogden, and a speed ball/scenario field in Mtn. Green. We have been featured in paintball 2xtreme, Crossfire, Paintball Games International and APG. We have been on Paintball.com and Warpig.com. If any of you local teams want a game or just to come play throw me an email and let me know. We shoot 4 Angels and 1 GZ intimidator. We usually shoot Anarchy or marbilizer which shoot really reliable and is very accurate. We usually have speedball games every saturday as well as practice on Wednesday. Our next major tourny is Seattle for the Pan-Am 5 man. I would like to give a special thanks to Jr's Extreme and Team Breakout, Team X-code crew ( our rookie team ) whom we play with, practice with and sometimes travel with. |
