Come be the first to see this exclusive exhibit of award-winning art and photography by the Pacfic Northwest's own Phil Chesnut, as he opens an eight-week exhibit run at 7 p.m. on December 6 at Jazzbones in Tacoma, Washington.
Phil Chesnut is recognized around the country as a premier Blues Artist and Photographer. His original hand-made Blues art and images have won multiple awards around the country, including a BB (Best of the Blues) award for the CD cover art for the Randy Oxford Band's CD, All The Buzz (see below). Now you get to see for yourself in person what makes Phil's art so unique.
What would a Phil Chesnut Blues Art Exhibit be without live Blues Music?
This event will be hosted by the Randy Oxford Band with special guests folk-blues legend Alice Stuart and, MR. Entertainer himself, Jet City Jeff Herzog, plus dozens more musicians and surprise guests taking part in this Wednesday night BLUES THEATRE-OPEN JAM-ART SLAM.
There will be live Blues Music going non-stop from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. while Phil's exhibit opens up to the public. There will be original Blues Art and signed prints for sale just in time for the holidays!
