| The common currency in the "Primitive" world relies on the precious metals copper, silver and gold. Each coin weighs 1 oz - and assuming there are 16 oz in a pound, 16 coins of any value equal one pound. The currency given here is for simplicity's sake - and it is accepted as the standard throughout the primitive world. Gems are also a viable method for transporting wealth, carrying relatively the same standard of worth throughout all cultures - again, for simplicity, not realism. In The City, the money is based in paper dollars, as they have no metal currency whatsoever. Below you will find steadfast values, as well as jobs and the amount they make. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - |

| A small golden coin is worth 20 silver coins, or 2 "10 Point Silvers". This is the largest denomination of coin in the "Primitive World." Since a Gold coin is worth 200 copper coins, peasants never see these things in circulation. Think of it as a 20$ bill. |

| GEMS - A Language the World Speaks If there is a jeweler in town, you can always convert your wealth into gems for conveniant carrying. Keep in mind each jeweler would realistically have only so many gems/jewels - If a group of adventurer's came and dumped 5000 GP worth of coin on the jeweler, s/he might not be able to supply enough product for said adventurer's. Each Gem weighs 1 oz. |

| AQUAMARINES: This shiny bluish gem is the lowest value in gems. This gem is worth 5 Gold Pieces, for a value of 100$. (100 Silver coins.) | ||||||||||||||||||||
| OPALS: The second lowest value in gems. This gem is worth 7 Gold Pieces, for a value of 140$. (140 Silver coins.) This particular gem is the most able to hold concentrated mana in the form of a Powerstone - and is the most commonly used stone for this purpose. (Yes - I am messing with Powerstone cost somewhat. A powerstone will cost a base of 140$, +25$ per energy point placed within the stone.) | ||||||||||||||||||||
