| There are five main manufacturers of firearms in The City. They are listed below. THURSTON AND FETCH Previously owned by the now deceased William Prescott Thurston, T&F makes "quality firearms for military and civil protection." The company was started by George Thurston and Michael Fetch in the 1800's, and was the first major maker of firearms. HENDERSON ARMS Henderson Arms is a subsidiary of Henderson's Outpost, a company specializing in adventuring gear for the gentleman. The brand appeals to the elite, the weapons being highly decorative if not functional. "Henderson: The right tools for the sporting man." CIVILRIGHT WEAPONSMITHS This company makes weapons largely for The City's military and police forces, though they make weapons for the mass market as well. FIREBRAND INC. Firebrand markets its weapons as sleek and dangerous, portraying it's consumers as cool, tough customers. The vigilante appeal of the weaponsmaker has sold plenty of guns, but caused quite a bit of controversy as well. The bottom line is, if you own a Firebrand, you're cool. And that's probably gotten people killed. SENTINEL TECHNOLOGIES While producing lines of mainstream weapons, SenTech also stranger weapons which they call "cutting edge." While these new weapons have a distinctive edge over the other brands in raw firepower and innovation, they have a reputation of being clunky, breaking down or simply not working. You either love SenTech or hate it. |
