Basketball
Skills in Playing Basketball:
- Dribbling:
- Dribble with your finger tips instead of your palm;
- Dribble with your fingers spread;
- Low to the ground.
- Shooting:
- Use the energy from your jump;
- Hold the ball with your fingers and let it go from the tip of your
middle finger;
- Don't rush the shoot.
- Layup:
- Lock your eyes on the basket and keep them there;
- First jump: quick, far and powerful;
- Second jump: as high as possible.
